HI, I AM VEE

I am Vee and it is my pleasure to meet you. I deeply believe that everyone deserves to live the life they desire; a life that allows them to choose their location, how they spend their money and spend their day, and a life of gratitude and presence. This is all possible with intention and discipline, and I am living proof!

I was born in Tanzania and moved to the United Kingdom when I was 10 years old. As a first-generation immigrant family, my childhood life was one of survival mode, full of financial challenges, family trauma, and isolation. The younger version of me never saw examples of people living at ease or planning for a better tomorrow. As I grew up, I undertook therapy and realised that, for the most part, the challenging life I experienced was a result of choices my parents made and kept making. Life did not need to be as challenging as long as I took charge in six areas of my life: Mindset and Spirituality, Personal Finance, Career and Business, Health and Fitness, Passions and Hobbies and Relationships and Family.   

So this is exactly what I did, and throughout my 20s and 30s, I am living the life I curated and desired. I work in the non-profit international development sector, have worked and lived in five countries, and traveled to over 38 countries. I chose a more affordable lifestyle by moving to the sunny beachside city of Dar es Salaam, Tanzania to escape the inflationary life of the UK. I find myself truly grateful for the life I have right now and fully accept that I am always on the journey of creating a life that fulfills me.
